Our Vision
Farm-to-Market Meals envisions a world where every table is graced with nutrient-dense, sustainably sourced meals that foster holistic health and well-being. We aim to be at the forefront of a food revolution, where convenience and quality coexist, supporting local farmers and nurturing the planet for generations to come.
Our "Why"
My dad had a massive stroke at the age of 57 - he should have died. He didn’t and everything after that was “extra”.
He ultimately died of stage 4 throat cancer at the age of 66. Way too young. We all ignored the warning signs. Habits are just “too hard” to break. I had familial high cholesterol since the age of 12 (high and within range throughout life); I never took medication for it, instead, I have healed myself with an #eattherainbow philosophy. I no longer have high cholesterol. I created Farm-to-Market meals, to help more people incorporate fruits and vegetables into their diet. This is a "heal with foods" meal prep service.
Local & Organic
Your food is prepared in small batches utilizing only the finest ingredients and is always organic. We partner with local farmers to provide the freshest produce that is in season. We are currently working with farmers from Bulverde, Devine, and Pleasanton.
